Welcome to Belle Stone Venue. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and venue services. By using this website or booking an event with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

1. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activity that interferes with its functionality.
Information on this site is for general use and may be updated without notice.

2. Event Booking & Payment Policy

A non-refundable retaining fee of 35% is required to secure your event date. This amount will be applied toward your total balance.
The remaining balance is due no later than 90 days prior to your scheduled event date.
We accept payment via cash, check, Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo. Instructions will be provided upon booking.
A $150 cleaning fee is required for all rentals.
A $500 damage/cleaning deposit is due on the day of your event. This deposit will be refunded if no damage is found and cleanup standards are met.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All retainers are non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 90 days before the event date may be subject to additional fees or forfeit of any previously paid amounts.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be agreed upon in writing.

4. Venue Access & Rental Period

Access to the venue is granted between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM on the date(s) outlined in your rental agreement.
Additional hours may be purchased, if available, for an added fee.

5. Venue Rules & Restrictions

To maintain the safety and comfort of all guests and preserve our venue, the following rules apply:

Alcohol Policy: Open bars are permitted with beer, wine, and champagne only. A licensed bartender and event insurance are required for events serving hard liquor.
No underage alcohol consumption is permitted. Violation will result in immediate termination of the event.
No smoking or vaping inside the venue. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
No open flames (candles) unless they are floating in water inside a container.
Pets are allowed with prior approval and must be supervised at all times.
All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated dumpster before checkout.
The renter is responsible for damages caused by guests, vendors, or their setup.

6. Liability Waiver

Belle Stone Venue and its owners are not responsible for:

Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
Injury to guests during events
Weather-related disruptions

You agree to hold Belle Stone Venue harmless from any claims arising from your use of the property. Event insurance is recommended and may be required for certain rentals.

7. Photography & Marketing Use

We may take photographs during public events or request permission to photograph your setup for marketing purposes. You can opt out at any time by notifying us in writing.

8. Links to Other Websites

Our website may include links to third-party sites such as Airbnb or the boutique store. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
